water & bathroom?
Ok, If I drink the recommend daily water amounts and more. I end up making numerous trips to the bathroom all day long. In other words, I pee a lot! My urine at times is almost "clear" in color. My question, is that to be expected? Any health issues I should be aware of?

Now I'm really confused. Any ideas?
I just calculated my BMR, in order to stay alive, basically, I need 1740 calories. So how come I am supposed to eat 1680?? That's only a 60 calorie deficit per day, no wonder I'm not losing!!! I show people this pic....my profile pic (for the moment :laugh: ).....this is me at 19. I will never look like that again (I think by choice). So hungry on days I don't exercise
Does this happen to anyone else? I get so hungry on the days I don't exercise, sometimes my body is screaming for food! And on exercise days, this is usually not a problem. It seems so contrary.

I lost 11 pounds
