Anyone ever use Winsor Pilates?
I'm a stay at home mom, and my husband works crazy hours. I don't get to go to the gym so this is what I use. I do a fat burning workout every other day and a circle workout the other days. I have been losing weight, but it just doesn't seem like I'm doing enough. Any suggestions??????

Has dieting effect your sleep?
