How many calories am I actually supposed to eat?
Okay, so I'm a little confused as to how many calories I'm supposed to eat. My target calories are at 1200. I know I'm supposed to eat at least that many. What about dining hall food?

Weight before/after exercising
Does anyone know if you're supposed to step on the scale before of after exercising? Today I stepped on before and it said 146 and then after working out for 2 hours, it said 144.4.....I highly doubt I lost a pound and a half in just 2 hours. Any ideas?? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

I fought the urge
Yesterday I was really depressed. Normally, I would have gone for the chips or something sweet. I was out doing errands and I refrained from going in stores that sold those things. I DO know my weeknesses and until I am completely sure of myself, I avoid temptation. I was so proud of myself!! :smile:

The site gives you a set amount of Calories your allowed a day.Now do you have to eat all those calories? Example Im allowed 1,820 .....After the whole day I have 702 calories remaining. I was wondering if anybody logged calories burned for doing stuff like grocery shopping, cleaning house, sex, etc.... things you wouldn't normally consider as "exercise".
