MFP calculating extras calories for me to eat but I want it to stop!
Hi, Is there a way to stop the MFP giving me an extra food allowance? I am trying to lose weight and its a pain half way though the day trying to work out how many cals I actually have left because its adding on any steps or exercise I have done (via my fitbit sync). TIA

Add Food list
I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find a related post. When I go to the "Add Food" page for my diary, there is a huge list of foods that I can add because I've added them in the past. Is it at all possible to delete this list and if so, how? It's annoying me. I don't want to see it there all the time!

Diet Insomnia
Does anyone else suffer from what I call diet insomnia? Whenever I get back on a track of eating clean and exercising I start sleeping horribly. Is it just me? Usually if I ride it out a week or so it gets better but it's hard to be up at 3am and not eat. lol.
