Now that I am no longer swimming, I am going to come back to MFP and track my food again. I am looking to add lean muscle. I lift at my college every morning, and do abs and…

holy hell! I can't stop sweating!
Hiya everybody. I think I know the answer to this, but just wanting some more input. I have been and AM a huge procrastinator. I finally hit my bottom when my three year old son was having a HUGE tantrum at the park and I could barely catch him when he ran towards the woods and could barely carry him back to our apartment…

can you work the program minus the scale?
The scale not only stresses me out but rules my mood! I have been doing this for about a month and I weigh myself every day and it's starting to be an issue. I'm good with logging what I eat and starting to walking. I know measuring yourself you can be inconsistent but I saw on a post about a tape measure you can get on…

Help needed - fallen out of love with food
Hi all, I have 3 dress sizes to loose. I tend not to focus on weight loss as I'm a heavy person anyway! Currently a size 18/20 (UK) & would like to get down to size 14 (UK). My problem is I have no love for food - as far as I'm concerned I eat cos I need to fuel my body. I don't enjoy food, I am incredibly fussy with food…

Food scale
I am looking in to purchasing a food scale. I have done some research and it seems to be a very effective tool to have in the kitchen. Can you measure any food on the scale? For example, today I am cooking chili. Would I be able to calculate approximately my calorie intake by placing my chili (and bowl) on the scale?

Help a vegan with diet & exercise?
