Ok according to fitness pal I burnt 612 calories walking on my treadmill for 30 mins but according to the treadmill its no where near that. So should I believe the treadmill or fitness pal. Number of servings?
I started logging my food 5 days ago, but I am not sure how to measure my serving per meal. I make my own food, and therefore enter the recipe manually. I assum 1 serving means whatever that I listed on the list (before they match your food items for you). Is that right?

How can I change/customize target nutritional goals? There seems to be only set percentages for Carbs/Proteins/Fats... Is there a way to customize the amounts, for example setting it to 63% instead of what's available from drop down (65% or 60%)?
