Eating back Exercise Cal's if I am bulking (same as losing?)
I know this type of Question has been asked many times by people trying to lose weight. I am eating a surplus to pack on the muscle with hopefully little fat. Would it be in my best interest to eat those cals back to feed the muscle, or because I am currently in a surplus. Would I be spilling over.
