Is it ok to eat over cals/ even though I'm not hungry?
I am 5 foot 6 and weigh around 103 lbs I am trying to gain but I feel so guilty eating when I know I am not hungry and I am sared to eat Anything unhealthy or high calorie. Is it bad to eat tons in the evenings cals wise etc Ben if I dot need it or feel hungry? And is going over on cals ok/good? I want to gain muscle.

Are 10kg weights ok for a beginner?
I am 18, 5'5 and only 100lbs so I'm very underweight. I've changed my diet and I've been on a 3000-3500 calorie diet for the past month. What kind of results will I see with 10kg dumbbells and can anyone recommend how I should effectively use them. Like specific exercises. Thanks in advance.

Having a hard time to hit my protein!
Hi guys ! Just started to use MFP and it works great! I've just recently been on a diet and started to bulking now, but i've seem to have problem hitting my protein (260g) for the day, i drink 4protein shakes per day and still i'm about 40-50g below my goal. The B-word is a horrible word...
...to describe the controlled eating of 100-400 calories above maintenance level. I really don't think bulking is a good word to describe what we're doing when we gain weight in a very slow, controlled manner. I eat 2900 to 3600 cal per day. 1400 calories to GAIN weight? Confused?
I am underweight and need to gain 5 pounds to be at a healthy weight. Myfitnesspal says I need to eat 1,430 to gain. But my BMI is 1,300 and my TDEE is 1,600. Is there an error? Wouldn't 1,400 be maintenance?
