I'm miserable
I did so good today. I guess I waited too long in between snack and dinner because my sugar starts dropping. So I just start stuffing my face. At the end of my binge I have went over 450 calories. I feel awful!!! My stomach is so sore. I am so ashamed to admit that.:embarassed: what a way to end the day. So bummed.:sad:

I gained 2 LBS!!
Ive been working out for 1 week, a total of 6 times, 75 minutes each time. How the heck did I gain 2 lbs. I think I am going to stop weighing myself. It just makes me depressed. :cry: :sad:

Not a good calorie day
Ok today like everyday I kept a record of what I have eaten and I went over on my calories by 210. That really depresses me.:frown: Not enough to give up thank God! But still that makes me upset. i know that whenever you first start out walking it can be difficult at first. I'm trying to work my way up to jogging. I've found something helpful that maybe you guys will think is helpful as well. If you walk 50 steps then run 50 steps and keep doing that, you can eventually get to where you're running the whole way.…
