I've found my Rhythm!
Finally I have found what works for me! Two pounds lost this week! YEAH! M-W-F 60 min Full Body Weight training, 30 min Cardio T-TH-ST-SN 60 min Cardio The harder I push it on the cardio the better it works for me. Finally! I am seeing some results!
