Help this introvert get out there
I have so many interests, tennis, hiking, golf, and especially swimming. My introversion holds me back from so many. My friends' schedules differ from mine and can’t usually join me. I know I should just get out there and enjoy it on my own. There’s a pool about 15 minutes away from me and I’ve gone with friends during the…

I ballooned up to a whopping 120kg (264lb) due to incredibly poor mental health. In 2022 I hit rock bottom and over the course of 8 months lost 60kg (132lb). But I was…

Update
I had 10 consecutive alcohol free days. This naked mind really, really helped. It’s really easy to not drink for me, no physical withdrawal or mental either—- been like I should have done this sooner. Have family coming into town a little nervous about taking a drink. I have set a 2 drink limit. Wish me luck!
