FINALLY BROKE 140!!

I went grocery shopping today...

A good first week
Started this last wednesday and I weighed 200 lbs., although when I entered my info I put 210 because I hadn't weighed yet and was guessing. Today I weighed 197!! Yay, 3 lbs gone!!!

WII FIT - I went from OBESE to OVERWEIGHT!!!
This week my wii fit showed me as only overweight!! I used to be well into the obese range in the bar graph! :embarassed: I've only lost 17 lbs, and have been stuck at 196-194 for 2 weeks now! It's getting frustrating, but this was good news yesterday!:huh: This site is beautiful!

Out with the old in with the new
To help kick off my good habits, Since I spend a decent amount of time playing and doing stuff online, I switched my old slumpy chair out for a balance ball chair, to keep my mind on my goal! so far i can feel a difference, my stomach muscles are already sore and my back feels better!

Ran my first 5K!!
When I joined MFP in November I couldn't even run a mile and today I completed the Cow Town (Fort Worth) 5K in 37:43, which comes out to about an 11:45 minute/mile!!!! Okay so today in the mail I got a 20% gift card for American Eagle so I went shopping for new jeans, and I fit into a size...FOUR! A size FOUR! EEEEEEEE! That's a big difference from the size 14 of two winters ago :bigsmile: I am very, very happy right now :bigsmile:
