A small victory - 1 pound down - 74 to go!
I weigh in every Tuesday and this week I lost one pound so I'm down from 275 to 274. It's nothing to write home about but it's one less pound than I used to weigh! Success!
I went away with my girlfriends this weekend and I didn't gain any weight. I didn't lose any, but I didn't gain either! I didn't log in my food but I was careful about what went into my mouth. I also didn't get to exercise b/c it was either raining or snowing. So I am considering this a success!!

FINALLY BROKE 140!!

I just walked 10 miles & burned 1100 calories

WII FIT - I went from OBESE to OVERWEIGHT!!!

Out with the old in with the new
To help kick off my good habits, Since I spend a decent amount of time playing and doing stuff online, I switched my old slumpy chair out for a balance ball chair, to keep my mind on my goal! so far i can feel a difference, my stomach muscles are already sore and my back feels better!
