Bad Day
Well today was a bad day. I have been doing so good since i started. I work out at least 3 days a week and im started swimming a few times a week as well. But today was just a bad day. I over ate and i didnt excerise. But its back on the horse again tomorrow and back at it. I just needed to get that out.

I love shopping now
I went to buy new jeans today and I discovered I wear a size I havent worn since I was 14. I havent been this fit in a decade!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited I did a dance in the changing room. I love shopping now and I cant wait for summer. Bikini season!

On January 1st, I rode my dual exercise bike for 7 minutes. Today, 10 weeks later, I rode for an hour and burnt 633 calories on my HRM!!!! My goal was to burn 500 caloires, but I just keep going! :smile:

I have lost enough weight that my co-workers and family are beginning to notice and comment. Dropped from a 3x to a 1x.
