It's been 7 years since I got pregnant with my first child. I was 175 ish (if I recall grandma's scale was a little off but I don't remember how much) in Jan 2002.... And today for the FIRST TIME since, I weigh 175!!!! SWEET VICTORY!!!

Really did good on watchin cal. yesterday!!
So I have been trying to watch my calories for the past few weeks.... When i started this MFP.... Usually i go way over or just a tiny over.... 2 whole lbs after 2.5 weeks of kicking my own *kitten*!
After a month of nothing. I stepped up my workouts to 6 times a week. Introduced yoga and added a step level in aerobics (I'm up to 3 risers). In addition to eating salads every day for dinner and a larger lunch. And I stepped on the scale this morning and was down 2 whole lbs! It took 2.5 weeks to get 2 lbs off...bummer.…

A funny accident and good problem

The Dress Zipped!
My wedding is in 4 months and when I bought my dress in October I couldn't zip it. It was a size too small. I tried it on today and it zipped...still much tighter than I like but still have four months to go!! Yay, small goal met! Jess

I had to go shopping!!
