Okay so today in the mail I got a 20% gift card for American Eagle so I went shopping for new jeans, and I fit into a size...FOUR! A size FOUR! EEEEEEEE! That's a big difference from the size 14 of two winters ago :bigsmile: I am very, very happy right now :bigsmile:

Guess WHAT?~!?
I lost 30 pounds!! I am at my original goal weight of 138.5 and my lowest weight since 1993!! Here is the best part. I did it without pills or patches! I did it with MFP!!! I did BL Bootcamp Level 1 and 2 WITH WEIGHTS!!

Out of the 300's
I just weighted myself and Im out of the 300's and I never want to be back there and I never will. This website as been such a great help with getting me moving and getting me to the gym and eating right and I know I can reach my goal. WOOT WOOT!! No more 300lb

My first 5K
all right Im all happy... i just came from the gyn and i ran a 5k on the treadmill, of course the time wasnt good but hey...good enouth for me....37 minutes ... runing most of it at 5 mph... i did a few 5K but always walking/running... this time was just running... and it feels good... without mfp it will be impossible...…

It's my first workout day and I did 30 mins. on elliptical and 20 mins on bowflex, mostly upper body at 20 lbs resistance. I feel pretty good!!YAY!!

2 whole lbs after 2.5 weeks of kicking my own *kitten*!
