I finally met my goal!
I began in April 2008, and today I met my long term goal :bigsmile: I can't believe it :noway: and I always wondered if I would EVER reach my goal. A BIG thanks to MFP :smooched: and all the support along the way; I loved the motivational challenges :smile: . Happy Valentine's Day! :heart:

First 15!
I hit my first goal! I started my new lifestyle change on January 1 with the help of this site and I have already lost 15 pounds! That is 16% of my goal! Wahoo! This site is amazing!

Went to the movie WITHOUT eating popcorn!!!
Yea!! I took my daughter to see the new "Confessions of a Shopaholic" movie today and was kind of anxious about it...to me movies mean big tubs of popcorn and a gallon of diet coke and maybe some Milk Duds. I packed some grapes and carrots and got a small diet coke. No problem at all. (it did smell really good though).

I've reached my first small goal!
I hate tooting my own horn but I just have to today! I have lost 14 lbs in 5 weeks!!!! For the first time in 6 years I can say I weigh in under 200 lbs!! :drinker: Ok my horn has been tooted!! I'm also in love with this sight it is just awsome!

Got passed my wall weight
145 pounds has been my wall for almost nine months. I was yo-yo'ing back and forth between 145 as my low and 151 as my high. I weighed in at 143.9 this morning! I am so happy I could dance a jig! Has anyone else experienced the "wall"? How did you get passed it?

On Sunday I ran my first 5k with my wrestling team. Not only did I finish the race, but I didn't finish last in our group :drinker: . Levels 1 and 2 combined of the shred and burned almost 500 calories according to my HRM!!! Wow!! I can't believe I got through both levels!! Huzzzah!!! I burned 1000 calories today with my exercise by doing the shred and step aerobics!! :noway:

I met goal early!!
I had a goal to weigh 189 by Valentine's Day and I weighed last week at 190.4! This morning I stepped on the scales (although it wasn't my weigh-in day) and I weighed 188.6 !!
