Allow us to add other fasting combinations
So, as of now the app allows for three variations on fasting. Let us add other combos. For example, right now there is 12-12, 10-14, and 6-18. Why not 8-16 or 4-20? Or even 24-48 or other multi-day fasts? It doesn't appear to me that you are doing anything more than recording the fast

Ability to edit 'looked up' foods
As far as I can tell, if I look up a menu item from a restaurant, I can edit that entry if I made modifications. E.g. I get a burrito from Torchys but without the Torilla.

Space to reflect
I would like to see a space at the end of each day where we “write”/put down our thoughts how we feel, what went well and what didn’t. This way we can look back a specific days choices and see how we thought previous.

Please fix the exercise calorie burn calculator

Logging caffeine and all vitamins

More fasting options
I am sure that fasting should be much more updated. Like adding options like 24h fast or atleast custom fast option. Maybe incorporate fasting phases or estimate calculations of what is happening with your body depending on how many hours you are fasting. In that way updating calorie goals etc etc.

I am terrible at remembering to drink water. Would love to be able to set a reminder(s) through the day as a reminder to drink water (just like the "step in the scale" reminder. Nutrient Dashboard
Can you make it so you can add more than 3 nutrients in the dashboard?? I want to see the carbs, fats and protein but also want to glance at my sugar, cholesterol and fibre without the extra clicking.

Grams of the way to go
I wish that more of the foods had the option of recording the number of grams that you are using. Some do, but some do not as well. Whenever I can I set the unit of measure to 1 g. That I use my kitchen scale to measure how much I am eating in grams and I record that. This tends to give me a finer level of control.

Water saved to Apple Health
Please consider separating fluids into their own category, estimate the actual water content and import into Apple Health. Look to the Apo Water Reminder for a model. Dislike having to use another app to track my water consumption.

50% Exercise Calories Add
When I walk calories are added to my daily goal. It has been my experience that it is a wash. The calories added equal 100% of the calories burned. Not a good way to lose weight.
