Hey everyone, How do you guys track your calories burned when lifting weights? I want to add it to me exercise but it just says n/a for calories burned.

Exercise entries go missing
EVERY day, without fail, my exercise entries go missing. Is there something I'm supposed to do to guarantee they stay registered or is this a common problem?

Calculator for Walking Backwards
Does anyone know where to find a way to calculate calories burned from walking backwards? Other things I have found on here discuss the % of additional calories burned or the benefits, but I need a calculator so I can plug in speed, incline, duration, etc. Any help would be great! :)

Yesterday did 6,343 steps = 33 exercise calories Today done 6,867 steps = 224 exercise calories How are they so different???

Steps!!!!! ( hand on forehead)
The whole deal with the tracking devices is really getting to me because how can you track steps on the phone all day or most of the day??? Some people don’t have their phone on them so I don’t get that aspect. Also I have my own tracking watch why do I need to purchase a new one??? 🤦🏻♀️
