I started when they raised the free-trial to 30 days vs. the week it used to be. I wish I had gotten the 90-day they gave during the start of COVID. But I LOVE the app. Any others? Favorite rides/instructors? I love Denis Morton - it is fun to ride with Emma Lovewell and Cody Rigsby too.

Am I over training??
I have been lifting 50 pounds twice a day within 6 hours of each workout along with calisthenics. Which are mostly AB workouts with light walking for cardio on my rest days. Am I over training? Another Fitbit question,sorry guys!
So I recently connects my Fitbit to MFP and the steps were synced like they should be the first day, but since then MFP always says I have 0 Fitbit steps out of 10,000. I'm not really sure why it stopped, if anyone has any advice on how to fix this that'd be fantastic!! Thanks for all your help!
