Samsung Health steps & food not syncing to MFP.
I installed this app with the purpose of connecting Samsung Health to it so I can add my friends who don't have a Samsung watch and none of my steps, nor my food log, is showing up on MFP, but my exercises are. Is anyone else having this problem?

What exercise tracking app has been the most useful to you?
I was using the Adidas app for tracking my exercise, but it seems it's no longer compatible with the MFP app. I primarily walk (with purpose) or a combination of running and walking, but sometimes I roller skate or I may play pickle ball if given the chance. I am looking for suggestions and would like to know what exercise…

myfitnesspal not correctly recording my fitbit steps
myfitnesspal isn't correctly recording my fitbit steps. Today fitbit records over 10,000 steps but myfitnesspal shows 2,798. This has only started to happen in the past few days. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both myfitnesspal and fitbit but it hasn't solved the problem. Can anyone suggest a solution?

🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ Setting a goal 🎯🎯🎯 and reaching it!
Years ago I weighed 288 lbs used a power chair 97% of the time. When I decided to start to lose weight. I'd lay in bed doing all I could to move one leg, than the other, later one arm, later an arm. That was my start. In time I started to take a few steps adding in a little bit more at a time. I had moved out of state…

Exercise calories
I’ve lost about 30# in the last year with MFP and keep calories around 1400-1500 concentrating on protein at about 100g. My questions is about eating back exercise calories. I have not been. My MFP is set at active and calculated out to about 1460 to lose a # a week. I walk outside about 4 miles or ride my bike usually…

Heavy Lifting Exercises and Shoe Questions

Adding Steps
Hello, I'm new to myfitnesspal. Is there a way to manually add steps? I tried turning on the iPhone steps feature but I rarely carry my phone with me so it was not an accurate count. I use the Keep Health App with the wristband step-counter, but unfortunately that app is not compatible with myfitnesspal.

Why does My Fitness Pal use a projection of daily exercise instead of real-time?
I am more active in the mornings with cardio and strength exercise. It seems like MyFitness Pal projects a whole day's exercise calories based on my early morning activities with my Fitbit Versa4 and then throughout the day it adjusts downward to my actual exercise calories. This messes with my daily tracking. Does anyone…

Fitbit Calories WAY Too High
All of a sudden, my Fitbit calories logged in MyFitnessPal are way too high. This morning I woke up in the Fitbit only had 323 steps from before bed. In the past, this wasn’t a problem, obviously there’d be like no calories burned, But it says that I’ve already burned 1632 cal today lol. My Fitbit used to work perfectly…
