I added a routine of simply doing stretches: Lats & traps 20 min, shoulder 1 min, hamstrings 2 min & chest 1 min. Shows I would burn 247 calories. That is simple stretches. Do you turn off Apple Watch calorie adjustment?
So far, I always leave it on, but it becomes discouraging, not getting any credit for daily activities, like shopping and doing whatever, without it officially being an exercise. and even when it’s an official exercise, it deducts a lot of my hard earned calories that I burned.

My Fitbit isn't syncing my steps properly into MFP
I'm hoping someone can help me. I synced my Fitbit to MFP and the first two days it worked perfectly. Now the last couple of days it's all over the place. One day showed I had 6000 steps when I really had over 14,000 then the next day showed me having 26,000 steps when I only had 12,500. It's driving me nuts. I keep trying…

Recently discovered I have grade 1 spondylolisthesis and have started PT, focusing on core strength. Sadly, i have also backed off of heavy squats and deads. Has anyone else dealt with this? Are squats/deads out forever? What core exercises helped you the most?
