Recently discovered I have grade 1 spondylolisthesis and have started PT, focusing on core strength. Sadly, i have also backed off of heavy squats and deads. Has anyone else dealt with this? Are squats/deads out forever? What core exercises helped you the most?

I walk on the treadmill and hold on to the handrails for support. By doing that my Apple Watch doesn’t track my steps. I use my phone to watch videos during my routine also. Is there a way to add steps manually?

When should you stop exercising?
Sometimes I do 10,000 steps in a day and I'm not tired and want to go back out. Is there a maximum amount of time you should spend being active? what if you love it? sometimes having trouble eating all the calories back.
