Thinking of cable machine but are 5kg weights too big a step
Hi Thinking of getting a compact cable machine to start working out. It goes up to 70kg in 5kg intervals. Is this OK? Was thinking when you do a move and need to progress to next weight, is 5k too big. Step or is it fine?

Is it okay to lift 5 days in a row?
I do a 4 day upper/lower split and sometimes take a rest day in the middle, or do all 4 in a row. Since I'm doing my last lift of the week tomorrow and need to get next week's in lifts in before I leave for vaca, I will be lifting 5 days in a row. Is that fine? I'd be resting for days after.

Most accurate calorie counting?
MFP asks about activity level and adjusts for steps but won’t adjust for active calories burned as reported by the Apple Watch. How should I go about setting everything up for the most accurate calorie budgeting? This is important when trying to bulk or maintain weight but working in a warehouse.
