I did Biggest Loser Bootcamp Cardio Level 1 for 20 mins last night. My muscles are killing me...I can barely move my arms and legs. Should I stay on track and fight through it again tonight? I was wondering if it is healthy to lose 5 pounds in one week? is it all water weight? will you gain it right back. I know somebody that claims to lose 5 pounds in one week. She is exercising a lot.
