Zumba- how do you track it?
Hi. I just tried Zumba today for the first time. It's not an exercise listed on the tracker, so for anyone who does Zumba could you tell me how to track it please? I was thinking aerobics/dancing? Thanks so much!

Bought Wii Zumba but the strap doesn't fit.
Ugh I bought wii zumba and the strap doesn't fit around my waste. Anyone have any suggestions what I could use to add to it? Or maybe I can move it somewhere else instead of my stomach?

30 Day SHRED...what happens
What happens when you are done with the shred? do u gain it back? like if you complete 30 days and then your like...no more shredding. do u gain weight back because you stop ALSO how many calories do u burn on average for the workout like if ur 200+lbs??

I use a treadmill at home and recently I started to walk on an incline. My treadmill states that I burn approximately double the calories walking on an incline than I would burn jogging (around 4.8 mph) without an incline. muscle cramps- help!
Every time I exercise, I get a cramp in my right hip! I usually just work through it, but it kills!! Does anyone know how to stretch out that muscle or help with the cramping?? It's never my calves or any other muscle, only my right hip! Thanks :)

Someone just gave me a stationary resistance bike. I tried to look it up under excercise but couldn't find anything that said resistance bike. Would it be the same as a regular stationary bike? I know it is really hard and gets your heart rate up quick.
