elliptical/bike
Hi there I have been looking into buying either an elliptical or a stationary bike and I came across a hybrid of both elliptical and bike in one piece of equipment. It is cheaper than an elliptical by itself. There are no customer reviews so I figured I would ask here if anyone has one and if it is good quality. thanks Dena

Workout music suggestions??
So I've been using the same upbeat songs from my music collection for about 5 years now, and even though I love some of my songs, I really want some more variety. I usually listen when I'm on the elliptical and I find I'll go as fast as the beat of the song, so its important to listen to something fairly fast to keep my…

Calories burned Q -

Should I be trying to burn the amount of Calories I'm eating, or what? And does it matter if I split my workouts into a couple a day? 30 here, 30 later when I can? Just wondering because…

How do you log Kinect games w/out an HRM?
I play Kinect Sports almost every day. I work up a good sweat, heavy breathing, the whole nine yards. When I log it into MFP, I enter it as High Impact Aerobics and adjust the time to a little under what I actually did (to make up for the down time between games). I haven't purchased an HRM yet (hopefully soon) and I feel…
