I've always had a problem with hyper-extending. More specifically, my knees. Modified Push-ups?
I wanted to include the 10 push ups I did during my Zumba Class today However, push-ups is not in the database. So I was wondering would it be accurate to list the weight I lifted as half my body weight? For me that would be 94 pounds Please chime in thanks!

Ok, i entered the arc trainer in my exercises. The only problem is spelled trainer incorrectly. I put teainer. now i am trying to correct the spelling and it wont let me. Does anyone know how to help me?

Which is more accurate?
I spent 32 minutes on the elliptical, striding about 132/spm on average. The machine tells me I've burned 250 calories. I add it to my exercise diary here, and it tells me that I've burned 401 calories. I'd love to go off of that number, but is it accurate?

Fitness games for Wii

Question about entering exercise...
When I finished up after 10 minutes on the nautilis bike today it said I had burned 70 calories, when I came home to log it in and put my time biked and at a moderate pace it said I burned 239 calories. So the question is... Which one do I trust?

earaches after elliptical?
This might sound strange but I'm hoping someone else has a solution to my problem. I tend to get earaches right after my elliptical training sessions and I have no idea why. I have no workout clothes. I just wear my jeans and a t shirt when I ride my stationary cycle. Where is the best place for plus size workout clothes?
