What is the general consensus on working out right before going to sleep? For the next few weeks my only time to work out will be later in the evenings. I am doing the P90 (not the X, just P90) program and want to continue with it once I start.

I'm relatively new to this site. I entered in all of my strength training excercises from this morning and it is not saying that I burned any calories. I did a quick cardio warm up that it is giving me credit for calories burned, but not the strength training. Does anyone know why?

strength training ideas
I was wondering if anyone had any good websites for strength training. I work out from home and all i have is hand weights. They have been working really great for me but I want to add more to my workout. I do arms, core, legs. I was using 3 lb hand weights and just got new 8 lb hand weights.

Do I REALLY burn that many calories????
I rode my stationary bike at a moderate pace for 10 minutes and MFP said I burned 138 calories. Could that be true? I was pretty shocked. I did not realize that it would be that much. Does anyone know how MFP figured the calories burned?? Is it accurate? THoughts?

Timex Ironman HR monitor vs MFP ?????
Ok... so when I log that I did 40 minutes on the eliptical on the MFP it tells me that I accumulated about 420 calories.... When I look at the Timex Ironman HR monitor Iwear during my cardio it tells me that I accumulated 621 calories. That is over a 200 calorie difference. Which one is more accurate and I should use?…
