Indoor cardio, what do you do?
I'd love to hear what others do for indoor cardio. I can't afford the gym, and it's FREEZING outside, and will be for the next 3 months! I've been doing some dancing and I have resistance tubes to get some strength training in. Any other ideas?

Hrm accuracy
This morning I rode the bike for 30 minutes with my new polar ft40. It calculated that I had burned 385 calories. MFP said 255. Which is right? The hrm said I averaged 77% of max hr for the 30 minutes. I don't want to kid myself.

How do you log the 30 day shred?
I can't find it under cardio or strength...all I find is "circuit training" which is what each level on the DVD is, but it says it only burns barely under 200 calories for 20 minutes. Am I logging it incorrectly or is this right?
