Whats A good amount of excersize?
I HATE to excersize but I have actually enjoyed walking on the tredmill for 1 hour everyday. I walk "briskly"(at least for me) at a 3.5-4.0 speed which lands me around 4 miles. What is your weekly calorie burn goal?
I'm just curious because I don't really have one... Daily I like to have more than 300 calories burnt (at least on days I exercise). If I get up to 700 yay, if its only a 400 calorie burn day, I'm ok with that. I just want to compare with what other people do and perhaps set a weekly goal for myself.
