I am able to do modified kickboxing....can't do the scissors! I can feel it when doing stairs as well, and I havent been able to do my step aerobics, boo! Any advice on…

Fat Burning Workouts Exposed!
Fat Burning Workouts Exposed! by Nick Parker There is a lot of talk today about "Fat Burning Workouts" in the diet and fitness industry but what exactly makes a workout fat burning verses not fat burning? The first key is to understand that most all workouts may or may not burn fat depending on your nutrition. If you are…

winded
I'm a little concerned....we have two flights of stairs at work that I go up and down about 4 times a day, and I get winded going up them. They are not overly huge flights, I'd say pretty average, and it doesn't seem to matter if I run up them or slowly walk, I'm breathing heavier and my heart is racing a bit after going…

Don't forget total activity!
I was going to title this "don't let diet and exercise sabotage your weight loss program". Strength Training
I've always done strength training on my own at the gym. I would either do a circuit workout and get my heart rate up enough to burn calories or combine the strength training with some cardio so I'd have a burn for the day. The past two weeks I've started working out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with my boyfriend and…

First and foremost, I've been using MFP for over a year and have lost almost 45lbs. This has proven to be a great resource that actually works with a little accountability and hard work. Exercising in a fasted state

PX90 and impact level
For those who have done this workout before, what would you say the impact level is on the knees. I injured my knee in the Corps and had surgery on it in 2002. Since then my doctor has recommended I not bike, hike or run.
