Hi. I'm new to myfitnesspal. I'm trying to document my exercise, but am disappointed to learn that it doesn't calculate calories burned. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help!

Old lady finishes 30DS in 30 days

I use an elliptical at the gym 3 days a week (4 if i'm up early enough on Saturdays). I started using a Polar heart rate monitor and it said my zone was 137-155. I am usually above my zone the whole time I work out. Is that right? I am a 24 year old female. Also how accurate are the calories burned?

Calories during Cardio Kickboxing?
Hi Everyone, I don't have a HRM so I'm hoping someone can give me an estimate of how many calories you would burn during a 45 minute cardio kickboxing class? MFP says about 563, but I'm going to say that is WAY too high. Any other suggestions?

Not sure where to post this...but I have a confession!!
I don't know if I'm the only one, but sometimes, when I need motivation (more often than not) I will post my exercises BEFORE I actually do them! By doing this, for some reason, makes me feel accountable and I get my butt in motion. HA! Anyone else do the same, or am I the strange one?:huh:

Feeling Sick after work outs
