I only count actual workouts
Hi All So is it wrong that I only count actual work outs for exercise? Some days I'm busier than others and yadda yadda and I just figure that's just my life. It's not actually a workout. What do you all do?

Hey guys... I really don't trust the calorie counting on my treadmill since it doesn't take your own info and just guesses on how much you are burning so I am looking into getting a body bug or something similar. Anyone know of any other names of the brands that make these items?

4lb in two days
Been stuck on 214 for around four days then suddenly two days later another 4lb gone, always weigh myself same time of day after a similar calorie intake for that time of day. Last two days haven;t been much different to the others where did it go? not complaining though!

How to count walking around at the mall...
for two hours? I'd like to add this into my exercise log today. I see that the slowest walking in the database is walking at 2mph. Does 100 minutes (allowing time for when I was standing and looking at stuff), walking at 2 mph sound about right to you guys?

So I am 298 calories over my daily goal....grrrrrr. Went Christmas shopping and ate at Red Robin. Which I guess 298 isn't that bad when eating at Red Robin. Haha.
