P90x 7th day
I have done P90x a few times and on the 7th day I've done various things. Do you think its ok to supplement Yogax 2 days week. so do it on Thursday as well as Sunday vs day off or stretch?

For those with Netflix and an iPhone
I just found out that you can watch Netflix movies on my iPhone. Know what I watched today? Killer At Large, a documentary on obesity. It was pretty awesome.
