I was wondering if anybody has been to any weight loss resorts, such as The Biggest Loser Resort, Hilton Head Health, or anything like that. If so, could you talk a little about your experience? Tweaked my back...Ouch!
I was doing some pretty aggressive flip turns in the pool last night and tweaked my back! It totally sucks. I swear I injure my back every few months somehow and then I get over it. Does anyone else have issues with lower back injuries? Should I be doing certain exercises daily or weekly so this doesn't happen??
