Just wondering when the site will add these to cardio in the diary and if u use one are you putting in wii fitness for the time being? Anyone else got one, i got kinect adventures and I like playing it online vs other people on the obsticle course one, it's keeping me motivated! I love my xbox kinect!!!!

Fed up
I am so fed up, I cycle at least 45/60 mins a day and do aqua aerobics 3 times a week. I stay within my calorie range of 1200 and have been the same weight for almost 2 weeks. Yoga Meltdown Calorie Burn?
Hmpfh. It isn't much. I mean, its decidedly better than nothing...I did it today as my first offical workout since getting back on the wagon. Using my BodyBugg, It burned 103 calories. Dressling my one year old burns 79 calories in the same amount of time. Figured I would share!
