Turbo Jam Sculpt
I did the 45 minute Turbo Jam "Turbo Sculpt" today (beast! squats hurt!). It is really strength training, but I can't figure out how to add it there. Instead I added it into cardio. Does anybody have a way to add it into strength training? Also! Give me a shout out if you love Turbo Jam!

Running 1 mile VS Walking 3 miles?
I have been running 1/2 to 1 mille 3 days a week. But the last two days a friend has gone with me and she only wants to walk 3 miles. I am trying to lose 2 lbs a week but I feel like the walking is just not enough. I would apprecaite any and all of your input!

Why do people burn more calories than others?
I'm 43, 5'7", 175 pounds and I take boxing and kickboxing an average of 3-5 times a week and run 3 miles, 1-2 times a week. When did you see a difference?
I have been exercising 3x/wk for 4 weeks and have not lost 1 single pound. I've kept my calories between 1,000 - 1,200 per day. I have been doing 30 - 60 minutes of cardio and around 1/2 hr of strength training. This is frustrating. I am going to hang in there, but I really thought I'd see it on the scales by now.
