Walk Away the Pounds
What does everybody who does these workouts log it under? I've been doing it as circuit training, since it's more than just regular walking. I just started to do the 4 mile one, to hopefully get rid of my 3+ month long plateau....and it's says i've burned 600+ cals in an hour. Seems like alot.

how do I burn more calories then I take in??
I exercise 30 minutes a day which is about 128 calories. Im eating about 1200 calories a day. I was told I have to burn more calories then I take in. How do I do this?? What kind of workouts?? Im a stay at home mom who cant get to a gym

injured No excersize?
So I just fell and twisted my left ankle and landed on my right knee. the ankle doesn't hurt that bad but my knee is already swollen and throbbing. So it looks like no excersize for me for a couple of days. should I cut out some of my calories or just keep eating my 1200?
