I did it!
I got my elliptical trainer last September and it took me over 45 minutes to do 10 km. Today I did it in less than 35 minutes!!! I am so excited :)

i work stock at a pottery barn, so i am running up and down stairs, lifting tables and chairs and heavy boxes, and walking around for an 8 shift at a time, with an hour break in the middle. this should count as a work out on days i work, yes?

Making the Transition to Maintenance from Loss
OK, so I'm 1 pound away from my goal, which will have me holding at 160#, with a BMI of 21/22, and body fat around 12-13%. Now I need to transition from weight loss to weight maintenance, which for some reason has always been harder for me. Anyone have ideas on how to make the transition?
