When I do my treadmill, can I do it twice to reach my calorie goal? I have been doing it that way, and going over my goal, but I can't reach it in one shot.

What's with all the crud when I run?
I've been doing a lot of walking lately and wanted to pick up running again. Today is day 2 of running 5 miles around the hilly golf course behind my office building. Both times I have coughed up "junk". It happens while I'm running and then for about an hour after that. Any idea of what this might be caused from?

figuring out exercise calories burned
Should I go with what the machine says or what MFP calculates for me? MFP doesn't factor in my resistance or speed for the eliptical. When I get on the machine, I enter my weight and age, so I feel like what the machine says is pretty accurate. When I enter exercise on MFP for 30 minutes on the eliptical, I get 317…
