I am looking for which workouts would help me slim down better. I have been doing elliptical 60 min a day four days a week and weight training/yoga the other three days. I have not seen much progress and was wondering if anyone knew of a better exercise routine for me

shoe question!
I know absolutely nothing when it comes to running shoes. I know finding the right shoe is essential to running, any tips? I wear a size 15 and have flat feet (although I just got orthotic inserts, which have helped a ton!). Are trail running shoes okay to use on the treadmill?

just dance
i got a wii game called just dance (that i will do more than halfheartedly once no one is around to see how silly i look). it plays songs and shows you dance moves, and when i tried it it definitely got a sweat going. has anyone else tried it? now that i'm exercising more i'm excited to give it another try :D
