I am on my second week of the P90X program and I have lost an inch in my waist and an inch in my hips. I haven't got on the scale yet since I am sure that I am putting on muscle and I don't want to get discouraged. So Power Yoga is a "no results found" on the exercise log. the only thing up there is hatha so i'm not sure how much i'd burn in a 60 minute session of power yoga. can anyone help me out with this?

Beginners Jogging/Running Challenge

not burning enough calories?
running on the treadmill for ~45 minutes, i burn about 430 calories. when i go to log it and i put in 45 minutes, it fills in calories for 594! am i paying too close attention to the calories since they're usually off on the machine anyways? or should i be burning a lot more than i am?
