HELP!
So after i work out i like to sit in the sauna and relax for about 20 minutes. I know that your heart rate raises a bit and i break a good sweat. Does anyone know what this translates to in burned calories approximately? If anyone has any info on saunas and health related info please share! Thank you MFP!

I have just found a web site that will calculate calories burned based upon your weight. It also has a pull-down bar so you can choose which exercise.
