I recently got a HRM (Polar F7) and am a little confused about the exercise zones. 100 Push-ups, 200 Sit-ups, 200 Squats....no Chin-ups
If you are into bodyweight exercises, now there is: 100 push-ups http://hundredpushups.com/ 200 sit-ups http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ 200 squats http://www.twohundredsquats.com/ The only thing missing is 50 chin-ups. Same principle as the others. For the record, I'm closer to 200 sit-ups than I am to any of the others.

Just curious how many days a week those of you doing the couch to 5k are doing it. Also if on a treadmill how far is it? I noticed my first day was 2 miles but now I'm on day 4 of week one and I just went 2.25. Is that normal?
