Ok, I am wanting to work on my lower legs....calves and my chubby knees (ewww).... What are some good suggestions? I got a really easy calf exercise I do (I put the balls of my toes on a 3 inch book and raise up and down....REALLY works those calf muscles) Anything that really works for chubby knees???? It's been raining all day so the only way I can work out today is an exercive DVD, which I really don't want to do. Any chance playing Wii Tennis (just regular, not Wii fit or active) would burn a decent amount, like if I bounce around and stuff while playing?

Just wondering how people post on the exercise journal their yoga and their pilates. I see that there yoga in the database but not pilates. Can I assume that pilates uses the same amoutn of calories per workout as yoga does? How do other journal it. Thanks. Lori
