I have an odd question....
Do any of your ears pop while exercising? My left ear will pop and sound really hollow for a bit while I'm exercising hard. I was doing a little self-diagnosing and found "exercise-induced eustachian tube disorder." Have any of you heard of this/experienced this? I'm pretty sure there is nothing I can do to improve it…

walking the dogs.
I need your opinions everbody. Every morning and evening after they eat I take my dogs for a ten to fifteen minute walk.....should I count this as excercise? I do have to stop every so often for sniffing around. So should I count this as excercise?

I used to walk 3 miles a day, but that got boring. Now that it is warmer I decided to take up biking. I do it for 60 minutes a day at a good paste.. Can someone tell me if this is a good way to lose weight????

Hurt myself...how can I exercise?
So for about the past two weeks the front of my right thigh has been really hurting. Because I of this I have not been able to run. What can I do in the mean time while I let my leg heal? I hope my leg feels better soon. Why is it taking so long? Thanks.

same exercise day after day?
I'm wondering if me doing Leslie Sansone's 5 mile dvd is ok for me to do day after day? I would like it to be my main exercise. eat calories burned by excercise
Should you eat the calories burned by excercise? I've been working out like a demon for the last three weeks and haven't lost a pound. I'm allowed 1200 calories a day and stay within that range and only consume extra calories burned by excercise.

I need advice...
How beneficial would taking a day to rest from my exercise be? I've been staying at it consistently for six days per week and still walking, but not doing strength training, on the seventh. I guess what I'm asking is would it hinder or help my overall fitness to leave off strength training for one day per week?
