Anyone here doing Power 90? How are you entering those workouts into your exercise log. My DH and I bought the DVDs 5 years ago. I dusted them off tonight and started with Cardio 1-2.

Pushing a stroller while walking
My son weighs 34 lbs. and his stroller is probably at least 6 or 7 pounds. So, when I take him for walks, it's like pushing 40 lbs. around the block. Do you think I'm burning more calories than if I were just taking a walk by myself? Or, do you think having the stroller makes it easier. Thoughts???

Confused?!?! Which do I count?
Okay Im really confused on which calories burned to count. I sometimes walk on my mil treadmill for 30 minutes at about 4 mph. It tells me I burned 330 calories. When I walk the same pace for the same amount of time on the road mpf tells me I only burned 180 calories. Which is right??? :embarassed:

I have come to the conclusion that in order to have any idea what my metabolism is doing I need to get a HRM. I do interval training, free weights, elliptical and SWIMMING! Are there any HRMs that work for swimming or am I still going to have to estimate that particular exercise?
