E.g it tells me I burned 762 calories on a 4.5 mile run today, and as I only weigh 133lb it seems too much - most running sites estimate 115 calories per mile for a 150lb runner, so I was estimating my burn at about 450…

Pushing a stroller while walking
My son weighs 34 lbs. and his stroller is probably at least 6 or 7 pounds. So, when I take him for walks, it's like pushing 40 lbs. around the block. Do you think I'm burning more calories than if I were just taking a walk by myself? Or, do you think having the stroller makes it easier. Thoughts???

Confused?!?! Which do I count?
Okay Im really confused on which calories burned to count. I sometimes walk on my mil treadmill for 30 minutes at about 4 mph. It tells me I burned 330 calories. When I walk the same pace for the same amount of time on the road mpf tells me I only burned 180 calories. Which is right??? :embarassed:
