Heart Rate Question
Does climate affect heart rate? I live in Chicago, and when I exercise I can usually get my heart rate between 137-155. According to my heart rate monitor. This week I was in Arizona on vacation and I worked out the same, and was lucky if I got my heart rate to 130.

Whoa!!! i was way off!!
During my lunch hour I used to go for walks, i clocked it waaayyy back when and discovered it was .10 of a mile for each 'round' I walked...I closed it again somewhat by chance and its actually .30 mile!! I was way off!! But yay for me for the extra miles!!
