how do I stop my foot from falling asleep?
Everytime I get on the elliptical or the stepper my right foot falls asleep. I've tried changing the position of my foot, I changed shoes and have tried tying the laces different. Pedometers and HRM's
I got a pedometer (sp?) at Wal-Mart, but I'm sot sure I am using it right. I measured my pace, but the steps measured are sometimes off by 3 to 8 steps.
