stretching and fit tv
I don't know if anyone else is as bad at stretching as I am, but I recorded a show on Fit Tv that's stretching on the stability ball - Stretch Max: Cathe Freidrich. I just did it and it felt good and got all of my muscle groups. It's maybe 20-25 min long. It's on again at 10:30 central and 6:30 tonight.

SBF2: Reboot Boogaloo! July 5
Just about to get dressed for the gym. It was supposed to be Bikram today, but I'm adapting due to my special lady time. Went way (I mean WAY) over on my calories yesterday. No "bad food" but I was starving, so I essentially ate two extra meals to the tune of 850 "extra" calories. Oops. Ah well, Elliptical Boogaloo!…

HRM question
so I am wanting to get one, and I am looking on ebay. When one is listed as men's vs. women's, is it simply designating the style/design qualities, or has it been pre-programmed with male/female data? what I mean is, are they calling it a women's just because of how it looks, or does this designation change how it will…

Skin?
Hey everyone, I haven't been around in a while, but I have been losing weight pretty steadily. I am down 53lbs since I joined last year and about 45 in the past five months. Its been almost 100lbs total, but the rest was much more gradual. The issue now is that a lot of the fat is gone, but the skin certainly is not! My…

Anybody used an online personal trainer program?
I had heard about Plus One Active and know there are also other programs out there that help you design an exercise plan by taking a test and talking to someone online about your specific goals. Has anyone worked with an online trainer and/or website and do you have an opinion on whether it is a good idea? Thank you!
