Anybody used an online personal trainer program?
I had heard about Plus One Active and know there are also other programs out there that help you design an exercise plan by taking a test and talking to someone online about your specific goals. Has anyone worked with an online trainer and/or website and do you have an opinion on whether it is a good idea? Thank you!

So, tonight I went for my speed run, and I was surprisingly strong throughout. I know I shaved at least a few seconds off my mile time. So, I get to the end landmark, slow to a walk to cool down, and pull out my ipod. I hit the menu button, and my ipod suddenly resets. Once it comes back on, I check the nike+ history - no…

Do you have any workout "motivation" clothes?
The heck with science for today--it's the start of a holiday weekend. Let's talk fashion. Do you have any particular workout clothes that you save for "serious" efforts? For extra motivation? For days when you have your "game face" on? Many (many, many) years ago, during my more serious days, I used to have a particular…
